Comes with generator- Omni, water tank, grey water tank, water heater, battery, big metal bath, grooming table ( can change height and gets secured), outside shower head ( for shows and warm weather), lighting. Plugs into the regular outlet or works from propane generator. Advertising will need to come off. Selling only the trailer, not business. Keeping my clients. Easy to tow, great for extra grooming space by the house, very versatile. Have receipts for work done.
