We are seeking a Window Installer Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of materials handling and construction site safety, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to manage a team of installers to complete window and door installations for clients. This is a fantastic role with an established company in Victoria BC! ADVANTAGES -Monday to Friday -Benefits -Vacation package -Central location -$34-38hr depending on expereince RESPONSIBILITIES - Working on the tool along with your crew, you are overseeing and responsible for the entire installation from start to finish, while adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures- Install, test, and maintain equipment, -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies - Communicating team job duties, setting expectations, job planning, monitoring, and appraising results -Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process -Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including project status updates and material usage -Train and mentor new team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures -Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met -Overseeing and responsible for the entire installation from start to finish, while adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures QUALIFICATIONS -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both customers and team members -Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during installations -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety -Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation SUMMARY If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you - please apply here today and one of our Staffing Consultants will be in touch.
