$650 · Early 1900s german guitar lute (guitarrenlaute)

Here's something that you don't see every day! It is a German "lute guitar" it can be tuned to standard guitar tuning or any of a number of traditional lute tunings. Gorgeous workmanship and tone. Excellent condition. Plays perfectly. Scalloped fretboard! Comes with the original (very german!) Duffle case. Please see the indepth description at the links below. I've had it for a few years and have really enjoyed its unique voice (not surprisingly, very lute like!), but need to clear some things out. It would be perfect in a studio as another tonal pallette or for an SCA type re-enactment situation as it is easier to play than an actual lute!
