A beautiful example of Larrivee craftsmanship and sound. Serial # 15304 built in Vancouver on Oct.4 1994, OM-09 Koa. The guitar is incredibly well balanced; excellent response on the bottom, mids and bell like top end. It also has incredible projection (volume) which allows for the greatest dynamic range. You will cut through in any acoustic setting or jam while maintaining the clarity of the notes. It is equipped with a B Band pickup (installed by Rufus) and is great when plugged in. This guitar is in excellent shape. It has a few minor dings, which is understandable for 28 year old classic: it has been my main gigging guitar for many years. It has always been kept in its Larrivee case, which of course in included with purchase. I believe this is one of the earliest examples of Larrivee using Koa as a tone wood and the resulting sound is nothing short of superb. The OM body style is also very comfortable to hold whether standing or sitting. Great for full chords, solo lines or fingerpicking.
