This is a great stereo amp (with two 10" speakers). It's built like a tank, with a lot of power if you need it (300 W) but as a solid state amp, it can be played at low volume too. With 5 inputs, it can be used as a PA (the previous owner told me his band used it as such). I've had it for about 6-7 years, at various times I used it for el. piano, el. drums, acoustic guitar, and voice. I paid equivalent of around $500 (used), in a trade. Dimensions: 23" high, 23" wide, 14" deep (front to back) Weight: 70 lb I found the following info online: The multi-purpose 300K offers the ultimate performance in a compact stereo combo. The two-way double 10 Inch speaker system is designed for optimum separation while the mixer includes five input channels plus an auxiliary input with individual volume controls. Each channel has independent bass and treble controls, as well as an effects send control which routes the signal to either of two rear panel stereo effects loops. Rear-panel patching incorporates tape outputs, balanced XLR and 1/4" outputs and a mono-input for stage monitoring applications. The built-in limiter prevents clipping, while the dual 150W power amplifiers are thermally protected.
