Self Managed Sales Executive

Overview: We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded self-starter with sales experience to join our team. We put you in the driver's seat and empower you with ongoing support (including inbound leads & in-house marketing), sales lists, your own territory to manage, sales tools (CRM, business cards, booklets, brochures, templates, scripts, email), sales training, product training, investments in your ideas for company growth, and all tools necessary to succeed in a self-driven sales and business development role. You are someone who is self-motivated, can handle setting your own hours, and wants to take full control of your own financial success in an environment where hard work and earnings is directly related. This is a work from home, commission only sales position. We provide you with a proven system, all tools, leads and customer lists, teach you the technical aspects of the industry and how to succeed in sales. You set your own hours, hold yourself accountable, and build relationships with your clients. Requirements: - This is a commission only position. The commission structure that we offer is far beyond that of the industry standard. If you work hard, your hourly earnings will be unmatched by any hourly job available. - Must be comfortable working from home and setting your own hours. We give you all tools (email address, business cards, booklets, product samples, product and sales training, shadowing opportunities, customer leads, coldcall lists, access to CRM software, have large stock of product in local warehouse, etc..) but you must follow up with each client and build and maintain your own customer relationships. We hold weekly meetings to monitor progress and help you with any aspect that you may struggle with, but ultimately, you are your own boss (for the most part) and you decide where to work, when to work, and how to work. - Must be capable of lifting +/- 50 lbs - Must have a reliable vehicle capable of carrying 5 boxes of size: 4' x 7". Must be able to meet with customers in person. - 2 years of sales experience preferred, however, we are willing to train the right person. - Must commit at least 10 hours per week. If desired, this job allows you to work full time.
