We are selling our 27ft Islander Sailboat. She is a great boat and ready to sail. We are sad see her go, but we decided that at this point a different style boat suits us better. She has a 2008 8hp Yamaha 4-stroke outboard that runs really great. Comes with an 130 Genoa, Jib, depth sounder, 2018 Ritchie compass, portable vhf, new 30 amp cable with adapter to 15 amp and a solar panel. Batteries are in good condition. Replaced bildge pump in 2018. The head was also replaced in 2018 and we upgraded the cabin in 2021: replaced the fabric on all the upholstery, replaced the table arm, replaced the alcohol stove for plateau that holds a 2 burner propane stove. Sleeps 3 very comfortably, 4 if you are not as tall as us. We took her on multiple overnight trips with great success. It is 40+ year old boat so the gel coating has cracks, but nothing to be worried about and repairable, no leaks. Last bottom paint was done in 2018, still ok, but would be good to redo this before next season. Currently moored at Goldstream Boathouse and it would be no problem to keep her moored there.
