(Surfside 1400T) Extensively renovated inside over the past 10 years of ownership, includes; new custom upholstery, new foam and heavy-duty upholstery fabric with piped double-edge for strength. New curtains and hardware. Cushions and curtains when not in use have been kept inside house, so as new. New full size RV fridge, water tank, laminate flooring, maple interior moldings and paneling. New hitch and harness assembly and bearings repacked. New this year rims and interior paint. 1300 lbs dry weight indicated on the brochure, however with renovations, new owner to confirm exact weight. Sleeps 3. Original furnace, not in working order, not replaced as we have never needed to use it. New parts to be sold with the trailer: still in original packaging, propane stove top, water pump/facet, stainless steel door hinges and low voltage light fixtures.
