A social party game It plays a lot like the "Werewolf" game. It is complete and all the cards, etc. are in excellent condition. There is no year anywhere on it. All the cards etc. are included. The instructions contents mention 17 Policy "tiles" but they are actually cards. There are 10 Secret Hitler cards which aren't listed in the contents. The contents list 3 Liberal/Fascist boards but 4 are actually included.
