We are looking for 1 room mate to take over the large furnished master bedroom long term, complete with 2 piece ensuite in a nice friendly home in beautiful Brentwood Bay. $775 all inclusive avaliable July 15th or August 1st The room is furnished with a queen size bed, large 9 drawer dresser, night table, mirror, desk with chair, and large matching wardrobe. In addition there is your own mini fridge and large closet. Shared kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry as well as a lovely deck to relax on on. Street parking avaliable. No smoking or pets as we already have a small dog. Located near the village center with shopping, bus routes, library, pubs and restaurants within walking distance with also lots of hiking and walking trails nearby.
