Ground floor 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom located 1 block from the Uvic bus exchange. Ideal for students, 3 minute by bike/ 5 min walking. Rental unit details: -It is the bedroom that is specifically being rented out, it is probably ideal to come with a roommate but not necessary to rent the whole unit. -There is a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The kitchen has basic necessities covered incase you don't have any such as plates, cutlery and pots/pans. -Most of the cupboards are empty to store personal cooking utensils. Note, the kitchen and bathroom is for use for the ground floor occupants; however, there is laundry available that is shared by the house. House environment: There is 1 male and 1 female living upstairs, both quiet and past students of Uvic. There is a door separating the stair case for privacy however access to the backyard and laundry are through the shared kitchen. They have their own upstairs and will not use it. Rent details: -Rent is $975 for the normal sized room and $1075 for the large room + $75 for utilities, hydro and wifi per room. -I offer the fixed rate because it makes the bookkeeping numbers easier, it is lower than the average split cost. I am always willing to work out the specific numbers upon request, I will charge you that number for the month regardless after I do the calculation.
