The house is close by Swan Lake in a quiet neighborhood. About 5 mins walk to bus stops that can take you to Uvic, uptown and downtown. The bus that takes you to the ferry terminal is also about 5 mins walk away. The location is very convenient. It is about 10 mins walk to Thrifty Foods or take the bus to Fairway Market or Walmart/Uptown. There is street parking if you have a car. I am looking for a responsible tenant who is clean / quiet / light cooking to share the space with. These qualities are very important to me. I like to be pretty low key at home and I prefer not to have friends over unless it's to meet up before going out. "Please include a bit info about yourself in the email."
