My name is Jerry Donaldson and I have been accommodating University of Victoria and Camosun College students here in my home since 1999. Over the past 23 years I have housed students from Canada, the U.S. and all over the world. I am myself a U-Vic alumnus (B.A, LL.B., 1990). I attended U-Vic from 1984 to 1990. I maintain a friendly, supportive, peaceful living situation where academic success is everyone’s goal. I am friendly and approachable and I am seldom far away from the house. The University of Victoria campus is 500 meters west. Grocery store, deli, restaurants, professional services, coffee shops and the beach are about 200 meters east. The bus to downtown or the University is one minute away. Each room is fully furnished. Individually controlled electric heat, cable and high-speed wifi are included in the rent. The common areas, kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned professionally once per week. I supply all dishes and small appliances, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. Use of the laundry facilities is included, but you must provide your own laundry detergent.
