The house has been sound proofed but loud voices and other noises can be heard so we are looking for a quiet, respectful and mindful person who can live and thrive in these conditions. It's a bright & cozy room with 1 big window in our welcoming and peaceful home. Room is fully furnished but I can accommodate some of your furniture if need be. Room has currently a Queen size bed + night table + desk + closet & 1 window. Very big full bathroom shared with two more people. On the top floor we share: - Fully equipped Kitchen (big, cupboard space) - Dining Room (seats 6) - Living Room with gas Foyer (big sofa and cozy bean bag) - Stunning Huge Deck with Hooked-in Natural Gas for BBQ, breathtaking views of the Malahat & glimpse of the ocean, hammocks and comfortable furniture to entertain and enjoy the sunny days + see Butchart Gardens fireworks in the summer!
