Fully equipped shared kitchen. I am a mature woman that works Mon-Fri 8:30 - 4:00. Looking for someone that also works full time, (outside of the home) preferably a female and is quiet, clean and respectful like myself :) I have two cats that I keep very clean! Includes all utilities, WIFI, laundry and there is plenty of parking. No smoking in the suite or pets please. Requires $475 damage deposit. Rent is on a monthly basis.
