Wanted: room with house privileges for lovely Japanese student

I am writing on behalf of a lovely young Japanese student who has lived with me for the past 2 months. As the room she is currently renting is spoken for in September, she is looking for a similar situation from then until the end of February. I can speak very highly on her behalf and can confidently say that she would create a very low impact on the home she would move into. Her style is to spend maybe 1/2 hour per day preparing food in the kitchen plus some time eating there or in her room. She is very polite, quiet and neat and I can vouch for her based on my excellent experience with her living here in my home. Since she will be taking classes at UVic, it is desirable to be close to a bus line which goes there. It is worth mentioning that her parents are not paying for her education here. She worked for 5 years in Japan to save enough money to come here and study, and I would like to see a reasonable rent for her bedroom with kitchen, bath and laundry privileges as she has here. Please consider helping this young lady. I know it is a competitive market, but you would not be unhappy if she came to live with you.
