I have one bedroom plus private bath for rent in my condo. The price is for unfurnished, however can be furnished for an additional cost. I am a professional woman so looking for a female student or professional. The condo is ideally located in Colwood, within walking distance to all major amenities, easy public transport, street parking available. Very easy access to Royal Roads, and with transport also easy into town and Camosun/Uvic. Initial term is for October to December, but could get access as early as September 23. There is also the potential to extend beyond December, upon mutual agreement.
