Seeking 1 roommate for short term accommodations (6 months with possible extension) in my 3 floor townhouse in Saanichton. Home is smoke/drugs/pet free. Your space: Natural light basement level bedroom with closet and extra storage. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Private main floor washroom (2 piece). Separate entrance and reserved covered parking space. Communal space: Main floor Kitchen + living room + dining with balcony and access to BBQ. Top floor shared bathroom (shower/tub) Available September 1st. August 15 may be possible. $975/mo + $100 for utilities. 50% damage deposit is required. Home is located off Pat Bay hwy + on the 72 bus route. Bus stop is located directly out front. Tonollis Deli is down the street and a 5 mins drive to grocery/restaurants.
