STUDENTS - Room with Access to House and Gardens for Upcoming School Term

23-year old male student attending Camosun College (Kinesiology) for Jan-April school term is looking for a few other male students (single occupancy only) interested in renting a room and enjoying the amenities of a large house for the upcoming school term. About the house: The house has up to 5 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, 1.5 bathrooms, a workshop, with lots of extra storage space inside and a large spacious yard with a patio and a greenhouse outside. There is a long driveway which could accommodate several cars and parking is available on the road. There is also a secured covered shed in the back for bicycles, hockey equipment, and larger items. The house is semi-furnished, and includes a bed, dresser, and desk as well as dishes, pots and pans and other general household items. Rooms range in price from $975-$1025 per month (depends on size of room) plus each person will need to contribute to a share of utilities (WiFi, water, gas, hydro, garbage, cleaning, and Netflix/Prime movie access). About the location: The house is located in Fairfield and close to Thrifty’s Grocery Store, Ross Bay Beach, Hollywood Park which has tennis courts and a baseball field and Beacon Hill Park. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Victoria, a 10 minute drive to UVIC or Camosun College (Lansdowne) and 20 minutes to Camosun (Interurban). Transit to UVIC by bus takes about 15 minutes. The street is a bike lane so it is not too busy or noisy. The space is available from January 1st (possibly sooner) until April 30th (possibly longer). Furniture can be stored in advance of move in. I am looking for students who are responsible, clean, respectful, good-natured and who have similar interest or outlooks.
