The house has been sound proofed but loud voices and other noises can be heard so we are looking for a quiet, respectful and mindful person who can live and thrive in these conditions. It's a HUGE, bright & cozy corner room with 2 big windows in our welcoming and peaceful home. Room is fully furnished but I can accommodate some of your furniture if need be. Room has currently a Queen size bed + night table + desk + closet & 2 windows. Very big full bathroom shared with two more people.
