$700 · Room for Rent for July

I am renting out a spare bedroom in my townhouse for the month of July. Everything is included: - WiFi - Hot Water - Dishwasher - Laundry - Dogs welcome I am a male and my roommate is a female. We get along well and keep the place quite clean. Easy bus routes to Camosun and UVic. The room is only available until the end of July, if you were to come in a bit later in July, I would be open to pro-rated rental amounts.
