Room For Rent This is a bright room located on the top floor of a lovely, large three level townhome. The room is about 94 sq ft with a 13 sq ft closet. The attached photos show it sparsely furnished and I am happy to look at furnishing according to your needs by providing a desk, dresser, or bookshelf. There is a shared full bathroom with a deep tub and shower right outside your door, and on the second level you would have access to a large, furnished kitchen with dedicated cupboard space for your food; fridge and freezer space is also available. A washer and dryer are on the bottom level. Travel time by bus to UVic is about 25 minutes and to Camosun Landsdowne about 40 minutes, and the Camosun Interurban campus is about 20 minutes by bus, 30 minutes by foot and 10 minutes by bike. The home is conveniently located right beside the Royal Oak Exchange bus routes and a few blocks from the Broadmead and Royal Oak shopping centres and the Saanich Commonwealth community recreation complex with fitness gym and programs and pools. If you enjoy nature you may appreciate that you can walk to Beaver Lake or to Rithet’s Bog in about 15 minutes. The former is also great for running, non-motorized boating and the SUP. I am a quiet, professional woman currently living with a Ragdoll cat. There is a possibility that my daughter’s small dog will be joining us in the fall. Currently there is one other student tenant in the home who is very studious and quiet. I am looking for a quiet, non-smoking, respectful individual who will tidy up after personal use in the kitchen and jointly keep the bathroom clean as well.
