Hi, I am an over educated, very nice, but somewhat crushed by people (and the housing crisis, now for 18 years), WORKING, double vaccinated, HEALTHY, i.e. not addicted to junk food or drugs and/or laziness (but I do like fancy beer, but just one IPA a day!), funny, communicative, and HONEST person who simply can't float the cash right now for a place on my own and do more than struggle to live day to day too stressed out (I want to save, I want to thrive! I want to create and work and play, not be enslaved!!!). I also actually used to like living with other people way more, yet would prefer to even now, but I need to be in a relationship where the power is split equally, written on a legal document and for this less complicated and fraught for abuse. I have a car and a Costco membership, BONUS!!! Maybe you are in a similar boat and you and I can throw our lot in together in a 2 bedroom longer term? I have rare expertise in cycling, technology, music (18 years on the acoustic guitar, getting pretty good!), and so many other valuable but underappreciated skills and, most of all, LOTS OF WISDOM!.
