Small room for rent in a furnished 3 bedroom house plus den. The Room is likely more suited for a female student. It is a quiet house located in Brentwood Bay. Bedroom furniture and kitchen pots/ pans are supplied. You would be sharing the house with the owner and her German Shepherd dog, so you must like dogs. Sorry, no other pets allowed. The Rental includes internet ( within reason) and basic cable. The hydro bill is a shared cost. Laundry is onsite. No smoking or vaping inside or anywhere on the property. No illegal drugs. Proof of income required. Little about myself, I am a middle age female health care worker who works full-time. I spend most of my free time walking my dog, gardening, or completing projects around the house. It is a quiet home and most suitable for someone who likes their peace for studying or enjoyment. The den is rarely used, so could be used to study. I am open to a person who is looking for a short term rental, such as 4 to 10 months.
