$800 · Let’s Create Our Women’s Home Together

Hi, thanks for checking out my ad. Ideally I'd like to find a female roommate who can relate to at least some of what I say below. The practical version is that I want a roommate where we can combine our resources to get a nicer place to call home than alone. I need to vacate where I am by August 31st, but if possible I'd like a place much sooner. I'd love to find a 2 bedroom place around $750-800 each, all in. I love the little villages that tend to be walkable to downtown, but I'm open to other options. I prefer a quiet and bright walkout garden suite, a townhouse, duplex, or bottom floor of an apartment with a private patio. I do have a cat, but it's uncertain if he's going to stay in his foster home or come back to me. I have a bunch of furniture with which I can outfit the whole place and thankfully cut down my storage fees. To be more specific, I like the feeling of knowing there's someone I share a home with. I'm easy to get along with and have had all ages roommates in other shared housing, which I enjoyed. I am right in the middle between an introvert and an extravert. That means I'm happy by myself and I also enjoy connecting with others when I can. I'm mature in age, but young hearted. I am 53, but I feel like I must be mid 30’s. I'm kind and friendly, while still being aware of when someone needs their own space. I'm quiet and spend a lot of time in my room resting and online while I'm recovering my health, body, mind, and spirit. My energy fades fast, but I tend to hide it, so it shouldn't affect you much. Cleanliness is really important to me. (I'm also double vaccinated for CoVid, if that matters to you.) I want a roommate who's willing to pick up after herself and does her share of the house work. I have guaranteed income and a good credit rating. My rent is always a priority and I want to know that you would be able to pay your rent, as well.
