Returning Uvic Student Looking for room (Victoria BC)

I'm a student in undergrad at Uvic studying in STEM. I love the west coast and lived in Victoria before for a few years and I'm returning in September. I'm a quiet student who is very busy and will be out of the way. However, I am open to hanging out and getting to know more people. I do not smoke or have any pets (wouldn't mind having one around if you have one). I like to swim, hit the gym, learn about cool new science stuff. I'm looking for a furnished room in Victoria starting in September. It's a perk if it's close to Uvic and available for long-term stay, but not necessay.
