ISO - Roommates

Hi everyone! Looking for any like minded people who would want to look for a place together. About me: - 32 years old. She/her. I have a full time job with the BC government in downtown Victoria. Also taking online classes right now for a paralegal certificate. - Work from home at least 2 days a week. - I’m friendly, clean, and pretty introverted but I enjoy things like movie nights, hiking, and good food with good company. - LGBTQIA+ friendly, very seldom drinker (but don’t care if you drink more than me), don’t smoke (weed or cigarettes), 420 friendly as long as it’s smoked outside because I have asthma (but edibles and stuff are fine). - Very covid conscious. Fully vaccinated since June. What I’m looking for: - PET FRIENDLY. I have 2 black, (mostly) well behaved cats which means my options are really limited since most places only allow 1 pet or no pets at all. - budget is up to $1000 a month with utilities included. - would really love to find a place that has it’s own laundry and a dishwasher. - Preferably close to downtown Victoria, but willing to look at anywhere from Sooke-Langford (I’m currently in Langford now). If it’s farther away from Victoria, having a bus stop close by would be preferable. - parking spot for 1 car. - Looking to move in October or later. About you: - Clean, friendly, respectful, likes to hang out but also is okay with me needing my alone time. - Pays rent on time. - Is okay with having my cats roam the place (I don’t really want to keep them locked in one room all the time). - no heavy drug users or heavy drinkers. - No partiers, but having people over from time to time is fine.
