Price includes internet and hydro. Place is in Quadra Village. Please note that I, the landlord, live here and am a student and own a small business, and my other tenant is a full time worker with a tight schedule, so this place is not a party place or similar. No smoking cannabis inside, must leave condo property due to Strata Bylaw.
