Seeking long term rental

Hello, I am a 40 year old male, working in the restaurant industry. Non-smoker of any kind, non-drinker, no pets or children. Looking to rent a room with access to bus routes, laundry and all basic needs. My monthly budget is $700 MAX (including bills, wifi, laundry machine, etc) Bonus points if room has its own bathroom and/or kitchen I prefer to live with other males and doing my share of house duties is no problem. Things I enjoy are cooking, reading ,movies, music. Usually I keep to myself, though hanging out with roommates now and then is cool too. *Things I am NOT looking for: -Basements -You, me, anyone else sleeping in the living room -You playing video games til 3am when I get up at 7am -drugs, excessive drinking, slobs, degenerates, sketchy landlords. -living with children, ...pets are a maybe.
