Job Title: Meat Manager Posting: #560 Location: Oak Bay (1933 Oak Bay Ave) Job Type: Full Time ($25-$28 per hour, Bonus Structure) Open Date: Tuesday May 30th, 2023 Close Date: Friday June 9th, 2023 We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive knowledge of meat cutting. Excellent internal and external customer service is a must, all while setting the highest standards of health and safety. The qualified applicant must also demonstrate a high level of leadership and teamwork skills in collaborating with others to accomplish organizational goals and objectives. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience in a grocery/meat department environment • Outstanding leadership and customer service skills • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities • Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends • Experience with ordering • Knowledge of financials ex: Scheduling, budgets, margins • A high level of self-accountability, and an appreciation for details & organization.
