Sales Associate

Courtside Sports LTD is looking for someone who is passionate about RACQUET SPORTS and is interested in working with us long-term in a PART-TIME or FULL-TIME position (this may develop into a FULL-TIME management position in the future!). Candidates must be interested in learning about racquet service, specifically how to string and service all types of racquets and paddles! They will be trained to become a “Master Racquet Technician” (certified by USRSA). Inventory control such as receiving, unpacking, pricing, re-stocking, day-to-day opening and closing procedures, general stock maintenance and clean-up are also part of this job description. … and of course, CUSTOMER SERVICE (in-store, phone and web orders) - We need people who genuinely enjoy dealing with customers! REQUIREMENTS: · Retail experience would be an asset but not mandatory. · Passionate about racquet sports. · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Strong verbal and written communications skills. · Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail. · Solid decision-making, problem-solving and planning skills. · Personal discipline, exceptional time management & organizational skills. · Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). · Ability to learn and understand administrative responsibilities. · Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
