Automotive Service Advisor (Customer Service)

Canadian Tire View Royal is currently hiring for Automotive Service Advisors for our busy Auto Centre. This role communicates directly with our customers to manage their needs and expectations regarding their automotive service maintenance and repairs. You are the link between the technician and the customer. Key Responsibilities & Duties - Providing outstanding service to our customers - Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and in person - Managing customer concerns - Completing and reviewing repair orders with customers - Providing estimates for cost/time of automotive service repairs - Liaising between technicians and customers to manage the status of their work order(s) - Scheduling service and repair appointments - Operating computerized work system(s) Position Requirements - Knowledge of automotive industry - Knowledge of automobile components - Ability to work with auto parts ordering systems/computerized work order systems - Basic keyboard and math skills - Knowledge of CoStar is an asset - Previous experience at Canadian Tire Service Centre an asset
