We offer a variety of cars and trucks for short and long-term rentals, as well as additional products and services. Job Description: Budget Car & Truck Rental is seeking 5 Car Rental Agents to support our Kelowna, BC locations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, personable, reliable, and passionate about providing phenomenal service to our customers. - Explain information and charges on rental agreements to the customer at rental and return - Provide customers with clear, concise directions at rental, including vehicle operations - Offer Budget’s products and services using positive selling techniques and dialogue - Provide customer service at rental and return, handling any customer complaints that may arise (face to face/telephone) - Provide customers with estimates and price quotes, as well as specifics on rental contracts, such as rental/return policies and times - Conduct proper return processes, including inspecting vehicles with customer, soliciting customer feedback on their experience, asking refueling questions to charge correct fees, and arranging potential future rental services customers may require - Maintain neat and organized work area with adequate supplies at the workstation - Assist other team members as needed, including requests from other locations and departments - Maintain a proper and accurate inventory using the automated rental system Employment Requirements: - Completion of secondary school - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automobile or related sales Contact information/how to apply: Email resume to devonrecruits@gmail.com As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we encourage applications from all qualified individuals and specifically applicants from traditionally underrepresented groups – including Indigenous persons, vulnerable youth, newcomers, and persons with disabilities – who may contribute to the continued diversification of our organization
