The Team Leader at Nezza Naturals is responsible for all aspects of the retail store operations. This person will work closely with company owners and understand goals and visions. There is a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation. This person will be responsible for running all aspects of the retail store including ensuring a great experience for customers and support for team members. You: - A strong interest and dedication to natural products, aromatherapy and healthy living - Incredible customer service skills and truly believe in going above and beyond - Proven leadership skills - ability to lead, grow and inspire a team - An entrepreneurial outlook and mind set - Ability to problem solve and make clear decisions and create change where needed. - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to oversee and plan projects as well as delegate tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable with POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Docs - Experience with inventory management - Minimum two years work experience in sales management/business management - Completion of post secondary education will be considered an asset - Education with aromatherapy and/or natural products is a bonus Tasks: - Passionately lead and educate on the retail floor - Build lasting relationships with clients by offering a welcoming environment - Lead and coach to support your team - Proactively hire and train team members - Support a positive, friendly work environment while communicating expectations and maintaining accountability. - Create team schedules and individual performance plans - Communicate with production team about any needs or customer questions - Responsible for product ordering as well as maintaining accurate inventory - Work closely with company owners - Provide progress reports on projects and generate results that meet or exceed goals.
