LINE COOKS

Come meet & work for our new management team! Looking for full and part-time line cooks. Year round job! Minimum of 6 months experience as line cook required. Level 1 Food-safe Must be able to work weekends, days and or evenings Tasks and Responsibilities: Work as a team with co-workers Able to work by yourself Prepare, cook complete meal in a timely manner Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items Open kitchen / Close Kitchen and prep for the day Maintain inventory, records of food, supplies and equipment Understands & adheres to proper food handling, safety & sanitation standards during food preparation, service & clean up Stock kitchen daily Clean all equipment daily, fryer, hood vents, grills etc. Keep record of temperatures Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Maintains a professional appearance & grooming standards as outlined in our Operations Manual. Keep food costs at what they should be, by monitoring waste This Position requires bending, standing, & walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Able to work under pressure and in a fast pass environment.
