Fresh Cup Roastery Café, 1931 Mt. Newton X Rd., on the Saanich Peninsula offers award-winning, freshly roasted organic coffee...and freshly prepared food and from scratch baking to match ! We're growing and need a person who has prep cook/line-cook and some baking experience. Most of our food is made -in-house using locally or B.C. sourced organic ingredients. The successful candidate will want to learn more about baking moving ahead into the future. The position is 35 hours per week and will expand to full-time (40 hours) if you show initiative. We currently offer: Soups, gourmet sandwiches, Waffles, curry dishes, pull pork and brisket dishes, muffins, pastries, cookies, squares, speciality salads, wraps, quiches, and many other unique items that are fresh and unique. The successful candidate possess the following characteristics: strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, good time management, cooperative attitude, loyal and a willingness to learn and grow.
