Server Responsibilities: • Interacting with customers and providing high quality service and a positive dine-in or take-out experience, • Taking orders, answering guests’ questions and making recommendations based on guests’ dietary requirements or preferences, and upselling whenever possible. • Issuing bills and handling payments. • Dealing with customer complaints while remaining calm, positive and respectful at all times, and passing on relevant information to the manager or shift leader as necessary. Server Requirements: • We are looking for team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Must be positive, energetic, able to remain calm under pressure, and willing to learn. • Able to handle payments accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. • Reliability, ability to work cooperatively with all other team members and strong organizational skills are a must, as you will often need to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. • Willingness to learn Baan Thai menu in-depth in order to provide best possible experience to guests. • Able to learn and operate POS system. • Must be adaptable and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. • Valid Serving it Right certification.
