BOAT LIFE: I am testing the waters to see if there is any or enough interest in someone wanting to live in a boat and on the water, This 29' boat will be on a mooring, not a dock. My apologies for putting this under house but there was no option for "other" . Please read ALL this before responding. Staying on a boat has many advantages as well as challenges. Pro's Beautiful summer sunrise and sunsets, typically cooler in the summer, freedom and motion of the water many people sleep better on the water. Sea life right up close and personal. ETC If you are considering this you may already have an idea. For the rest of you land Lubbers ;-) Fresh water is what you have to transport to the boat its not unlimited. Power is what you will get from your generator to charge the batteries on board. Getting to and from the shore to the boat is your responsibility. There is no garbage pick up, you pack it in you must pack it out and dispose of it in a proper "often public" garbage can. There is no WIFI OH The HORROR the HORROR to live in peace! If you winter on a boat it can become very uncomfortable if not prepared. I don't want people to become disillusioned with the romance of boat life being always easy and fun. I am considering two rates 650.oo for the 6 nice months and 450.oo for the winter months. This does come with a mooring that would typically rent out for 150.oo month included.
