$1,200 · Looking to rent monthly space or pad for RV

Hi there, We are a party of three seeking an RV pad or extra space on someone's property that is available for rent. We hope to find a suitable arrangement with a like-minded individual or family. Here are the details: -Accommodation: We have a 26' Econoline RV that serves as our current living space. Additionally, I'm planning to obtain a utility trailer between 8' and 12' to tow behind, and build a small shed on it for extra storage. Having space for such a thing wouldn't be a necessity , but certainly a bonus. -Utilities: We require access to a power outlet and a working house with potable water, and are willing to pitch in for a fair share of the utilities. While internet access is not essential, we are open to paying extra if you have a reliable provider, and we can provide the necessary equipment to extend the signal range if needed. -Rental Terms: We prefer a month-by-month rental, but anticipate needing accommodation for multiple months. We are respectful of privacy, responsible, and well-behaved. As such we are ready expecting to sign some sort of rental agreement. -Availability: We are ready to go immediately and and are willing to pay a partial month's rent for May. We would be able to work with a move-in date in June if need be. If you have space available and are interested in adding some extra income, please reach out to us.
