Looking to rent our condo at the Shawnigan Lake Beach Resort for some summer dates. Available Dates: May 29 - June 12 July 3 -10 July 24 - August 4 August 19 - 28 Can book a full 7 day week, Monday - Friday or Friday - Monday. Price list: Week rental May/June - $800 July/August - $2200 Weekend Rental May/June - $500 July/August - $1200 Midweek Rental May/June - $400 July/August - $1250 Condo is a 1 bedroom, that has an additional room with bunk beds (room is only big enough for the bunk beds). Bottom bunk folds up so the area below the bunk could be used for a crib, small desk or storage. No pets (strata bylaw sorry) Strict no smoking policy in unit and on property. Strata bylaw again, yes this includes vaping. Unit has laundry. Sleeping - Master has a Queen, Bunk room with Bunk beds, Murphy bed and Sofa Bed in common area. Resort is right on the water with a private beach and a boat launch and slips at first come first serve. Playground, tennis/pickle ball court and basketball hoops, 3 hole disc golf course. 2 parking spots.
