The main cabin offers beds for six to eight, a thirty-foot trailer provides additional accommodation. The main cabin is well appointed, a full kitchen, four-piece bathroom, full linens, coffee, tea, purified water, and all basic kitchenware. Wood interior complemented by the gas fireplace, Shaw connected television, and wifi provide a warm and inviting environment. The lot is level, access to the dock is seconds from the cabin, grassy area for bocci or to pitch a tent, firepit and picnic table for hot dogs and marshmallows, lake facing large deck with a natural gas barbeque, as well as a sunroom for accommodation and games. A very large stable dock for swimming, diving, fishing, mooring your boat(s), adjacent to a nice flat beach area where you can gently access the water and launch your water toys. A new garage houses a wood burning fireplace, workshop, clothes washer, ping pong table, with a second large fridge. Parking for up to four vehicles. The property provides a great mix of sun and shade, looking out at the lake over the lawn and dock. This is not just a summer paradise; it is a spectacular year round retreat in sync with nature including excellent trout fishing, ospreys, eagles, hawks, mink, and other wildlife. Nirvana for family or a romantic getaway. Excellent hiking, biking, trestle, Koksilah river, and much more in local environs. Eight minutes to quaint village with coffee shop, gas station, barbershop, drug store, restaurants, museum (google Shawnigan Lake).
