This bright and airy, modern self-contained 600 sq ft suite is located on the lower level of a large home in Colwood, part of greater Victoria. Your hosts, Robb and Sue (a retired couple), are the sole occupants of the house. We pride ourselves on the absolute cleanliness and comfort of our suite. The suite is meticulously cleaned after each guest. All surfaces are sanitized, linens and towels thoroughly washed, appliances cleaned, carpets vacuumed and floors washed. You will not find more spotless/hygienic accommodations. And your private entrance and completely fenced access ensures total privacy. The property is on a quiet, up-scale residential street but is surrounded by forests and rolling countryside and is close to many beaches, parks and lovely walks. Excellent shopping and restaurants are nearby at the Westshore Shopping Centre. There is easy access to downtown Victoria (approx 15kms) and Highway 1 for access to other Vancouver Island locations. The suite provides all amenities you will need for a great self-catering stay. The well-equipped kitchen includes full size washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, and the bedroom has a queen-size bed. A large living/dining area is fully furnished to a high standard. The suite has a 51" TV which, in addition to all "standard" channels, has HBO, Crave, movie channels and all sports and news channels. A private patio area provides a sunny spot for your morning coffee or just for relaxing outdoors. Off street parking is provided. This spacious, immaculately kept suite is a perfect base for exploring the many attractions in Victoria and surrounds. If you prefer a quiet, relaxing suite and want to avoid the noise, crowds and bustle of a downtown location, then "Home Suite Home" will perfect for you. We are a pet-friendly property but please note that we allow only one pet. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss if your pet is appropriate for our suite. The nightly rate for the suite is $215 and there is a two night minimum booking.
