Room for sublet

Hey everyone, I am subletting my room for $1050 including utilities from June1st to August 1st with an option to sign a new lease from August 1st The house is shared by a third year male student. The room is furnished with a bed, closet and desk. It has in-house laundry and is 5 minute walk from UVic. It is near the 26, 39, 27, 11, and 12 bus lines. It is a 5 min bus ride from Thriftys and Fairway Market. Please message me if you are interested!
