In the heart of Fernwood, property is a 10 min walk to downtown, 5 min walk to Crystal Poll, Royal Athletic Park, Fernwood Pub and Belfry theatre. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent tenant who values living as part of a community (although we don't expect you to mingle if you don't wish to, by this we mean living consciously and respectfully sharing a household with other people).
