Hey, I'm Medea and I'm looking for a tenant to fill the 2nd room in the apartment I'm renting in James Bay. I'm hoping to find someone compatible to live with, so if the following sounds good to you please send me a message telling me about yourself, your lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a roommate. I'm 30F and I recently started working at a private school teaching ESL to international students. The new job has me really busy, so while I am happy to have friends over from time to time, home is generally a place to rest, decompress (aka I am old now, how did this happen?). Hopefully you will also be working or studying full-time and enjoy a relaxing space at home. I like to keep common spaces tidy but I'm not a stickler. When I can find free time these days I try to get outside, hit the gym, or watch a movie. Some notes: - Deposit is half the rent. - Month-to-month lease - Uses water heating = inexpensive - Move-in day will likely be flexible - Parking is $30/month. - Some of the main furniture is going soon, so you may be able to bring some of your own. - This building allows pets, but I will OK that on a case by case basis.
