One bedroom fully furnished (or can be empty if you prefer) available immediately in single family home in South Oak Bay close to shopping and direct busroute to UVIC and Camosun (#7). Shared kitchen, dining and bathroom with family of three (18year old daughter will share our 2nd bathroom with you). We are looking for a female first year student. Rent is $1000/month all utilities plus Wifi included.
