I have a fully furnished bedroom with an attached den available to rent on a month to month basis. There is a brand new queen mattress with bed frame, dresser and bedside table in the room. In the den is an L shaped couch, coffee table and microwave. Bathroom is down the hall and shared with one other person. Full access to kitchen with all amenities and large back yard. Pet friendly - pet deposit required. $1100 a month and that includes all utilities - water, garbage, hydro & internet. It is a family house so there is noise from kids. However we are out and about most of the time
