GIRLS ONLY I am renting out 2nd bedroom from July 15 to September 30 2022 (may be eligible for extending)! The place is shared with me (female), I am most of the time away for work, I come every couple days. So it is mostly you living there. All utilities included Furnished. i am open to renting it for 2 female friends , you need to get your own mattress (rent will be 1500/month for 2 of you!!) Quiet and friendly. Cleanliness is also important There are 2 guinea pigs in the house, you are welcome to enjoy their company if you'd like! I don't have any pictures as i am rearranging all the furniture etc. Kitchen is fully furnished so no more plates/machines please!! 50% security deposit is needed to ensure the place stays with no damage, it will be returned to you at the end of september (unless we extend your stay) very close to uvic and camosun as well send me an email please with who you are and if you are 1 or 2 females wanting to rent I am very flexible and open to talking :)
