Mature Technical Writer Looking For a Long-Term Residence

Hello Victoria, I am writing to find out if there are any landlords in the Victoria area offering a 2-bedroom suite that are looking for an ideal tenant! I am hoping to find a bright, medium sized ground level suite with a yard and garden, but I am open to other possibilities as well. Ideally, I would like to move in on July 1st or July 15th. My budget is $1500 to $2000 per month all inclusive (I’d like to stay under $1800 max ideally though). I’m in my late 30’s and work full-time as a technical writer for one of the leading blockchain technology firms in the US (remotely from here in BC) and have a high income and savings. I take pride in keeping my home as clean as possible and stay organized and focused on my work. I consider myself to be a respectful, responsible, easygoing, and quiet gentlemen who is well spoken and intelligent. I do not smoke, have no pets, and don’t party. It is important for me to be social and active and be outside as much as possible! I am looking for a long-term residence to live before I buy my own home in a couple years!
