Housing opportunity in our family home! We are seeking a roommate for September 1st in our heritage house near the Gorge. Rent is $900 inclusive of everything. About us: - we value good communication and a clean & respectful home - Kelly (she/her) - offers yoga & massage part time from the house - Jesse (he/him) - works full time for BC govt - 3 yr old daughter who is quieter than some toddlers, but still expressive and silly - we spend our time hiking, gardening, camping, getting outside, watching movies - pre-covid we loved potlucks, games nights, fireside hangs - we have lived in community houses prior to having a child and value sharing space, chores, and the occasional meal About you: - likes a balance of social and independent time in the house - clean, considerate, and have good communication - engaged in work/school ideally out of the house - enjoy being around kids - are careful with covid protocols - looking for long term home About the space: - $900 inclusive of rent, internet, utilities, cleaning supplies, TP - spacious heritage house with tons of character - 3 common rooms so it's easy to find a nook for yourself! - your bedroom is on the main floor with the other common spaces. Our 2 bedrooms are upstairs. - located near Gorge & Admirals in Saanich - front & back yard - outdoor gas fireplace - two working fireplaces inside - well-equipped kitchen - furnished room for you (with flexibility) - we have a lot of plants!
